We had a lot of this starter to use, and read in the Facebook group that some people make pancakes with just starter. We thought Child Tester would not be pleased if we did that, though, so we added some sugar, an egg, salt, and melted butter to the starter, then fried those pancakes up! CT demanded a pancake that also had sprinkles, and we obliged. She tried the pancakes with and without sprinkles, and said they were good but not as good as normal. She then smiled sweetly and raised ONE THUMP UP!! before taking another massive bite. We don’t really know what’s going on with this kid, but the one thumb felt a little troll-y.
