CHILD APPROVED!
Child Tester was very, very suspicious of the Johnny cakes she ate that were made with this starter. Until she tasted them, that is. We’ve never seen her eat this much gluten-free anything before, and there were definitely no leftovers! When I asked what she thought, her mouth was full of Johnny cake and she waved TWO THUMBS UP!! in the air as she tried to describe how amazing it is through the crumbs falling out of her mouth. Definitely a kid-friendly starter.
