Child Tester was less than thrilled that we made this for her as thick as we did. It was like sour cream, and that was a problem so we thinned it down in the moment. Then she said it tasted too much like coconut to be yogurt, but instead was a yogurt version of Sonic’s Ocean Water. Texans seem to really be into Sonic, despite CT’s strange refusal to accept either that there are better fast food restaurants (In’N’Out anyone?) and that Sonic’s cherry limeade is the superior drink at that restaurant. Either way, she wanted us to make it blue after she’d thinned it, and once it was blue it was all ONE THUMB UP!! She said it’s good, but the coconut flavor makes it her least favorite of our yogurts she likes. All of that said, she did also demand that some be saved for future batches!
