Our child taster was so delighted by this starter’s bread that she asked to have some (crusts cut off, please) in her lunch at school the next day. Y’all know homemade bread in the school lunch-room is serious business! Our crusts were to crispy for a child who’s losing baby teeth, but she was more than content to nom out on the crumb. This starter is well loved enough that we had to agree not to rotate it out in favor of others.
