Our child tester really liked this one, with her initial response being to close her eyes while she chewed, following that up with, “mmmmmm it’s dreaaaaaamy!” She also stated that it reminded her of the sourdough breads her grandparents buy at the grocery store bakery. She said this one could be easily shared with friends from school lunch without her friends thinking her bread was weird again. We tried this one again with pizza crust, because that sometimes can be the real test. We know she liked it because thumbs were in the air, but we don’t know why because she was too busy eating to talk. That’s weird for this kid, as she’ll usually give up anything she has to in order to keep talking. Two thumbs up twice!!
